I don't worry too much about it since most of my tests come out clean after seven days. But on occasion, like 1 of of 7 the sample starts showing some activity around 3 days. Even thought I can't detect off flavors in the finished beer. I think maybe some times I might get a bit careless. I'm curious though if others have tried this test?
