Many English Strains will do that, it's crazy how much they flocculate. the one that did the most for me was WLP026, that thing was like cottage cheese.

I too love 002....if not for anything than the snowglobe in the starter. It's kinda neat to actually see the stuff. Used in my stout, x-mas brew, heck...I might just throw some in my next pale ale since it's so easy to wash.....
