Default Changing Taste

I made a pale ale brewed with US-05 a while back, and I kegged it. I put about 32 oz of the ale into a bottle to share and stored it at room temperature for about 12 hours prior to re-cooling and then serving it. When I served it, it had some distinctly floral notes that it did not have straight out of the keg. My best guess is that I had an incomplete fermentation and it continued a little in the bottle, but it seems strange to be enough to impart a floral character when none was there before. Does anyone have any other ideas on what could cause it?
