Default Capturing Yeast from Primary

I have searched the forum for a good all in one How-To on capturing yeast from the primary fermenter, but nothing surfaces. Does anyone care to take a crack at posting their How-To? If not, please give a link to one that you may know is posted somewhere.

If you search for "yeast washing", a whole big thread should pop up.
