On Sunday I brewed two 40 pint batches - one from a kit and one all grain.
The kit is fermenting nicely and there is a 'crust' on top.
My all grain isn't doing anything!
I'm assuming the temperature is okay since the kit beer seems to be fine and I'm also fermenting some wine in the same room.
This is my first run using liquid yeast (a 'smack pack' I think it was called).
Can anyone think what might be happening?!?
