My yeast left it in carboy.. 2 days has passed and there is no more activity.. My og was 1.051.. Now I'm
Sitting at 1.014.. Is it ok to bottle or should I wait a week?

Wait two days then check the gravity again, if it still is 1.014 then you can bottle. Personally I'd wait a week to let the yeast clean up a bit.

Looks like most of the fermentation is done but let it sit for at least a couple weeks to condition. This hobby requires a bit of patience.

Everyone else has answered the question just fine, so I won't go into that. I'm curious, though...what the hell does this mean?
