Default Brett in a RIS

My RIS gravity is at 1.032. I'm interested in using brett on it. Not only to lower it but because I like beers w brett. What strain is best for this style. I'm not familiar with the different brett strains. Also will it lower the FG of the beer. Which I'm hoping it will

Do it but you might only want to go with wlp099. My 1.120 RIS got mashed at 160 and makes it into the mid 20s for terminal gravity. Plus it has a crap ton of back malt. It usually goes from 1.045ish to 1.026ish in six months. I think my batch from October is sitting at 1.024 last I checked which is same as I got a few months ago. I am using the WY lambicus strain, but it doesn't come off very bretty to me. I get a slight cherry and the funk is hidden by the roastiness and bitterness. Give it a go, but it might end up under 1.020 for you.
