Unfortunately, with 100% brett beer, you are not going to get much (if any) Brett funk. The Brett will bring a lot of flavor, but maybe not what you are expecting.
A lot of people say it works like sacc, and is done in a couple of weeks. My experience, and it maybe due to the Brett I'm using, is that it takes a long time to get the last few points out of it. I have one right now, which started about 1.055, at 4 weeks (yesterday) it was at 1.015. I expect it will take another 4 weeks to get down to around 1.010/1.012, when it will be done. I'll dry hop and package at that time.
Brett likes heat, but will not drop out with temps in the 60s. Go ahead, use the heating belt on another beer. Just let the Brett take its time.
