A bit embarrassed...
I'm in year 3 of homebrewing and still learning new things every day. I just recently got into sour beers, particularly Russian River. Just had their BRUX collaboration with SN and it was delicious. Only problem is I don't know how to actually pronounce "brettanomyces bruxellensis."
Is it Brett-tan-oh-mice-ies brew-zell-en-sis? Brew-ell-en-sis? Brux-ell-en-sis?
Can someone spell it phonetically and help a brother out?
The last one is most correct as a Latin pronunciation.
