Default Anything wrong with yeast looking like this?

I made a couple batches of brown ale with S-04. The yeast cake for one them looks normal, but the other one seems to be flocculating in a weird manner. It looks like there's a layer of cottage cheese above the yeast cake (see attached picture). Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

Looks like break material to me. I'm guessing this was one batch and you split it up into two (1)gallon fermentors. The right one being filled after the left one. Thus receiving more more break material. Sound about right?
