Recipes 

My pre-pro American pilsner is due to come out of the primary( in my lager Fridge) in three weeks, I've decided to rack a new beer onto the yeast cake (wlp840). Does anyone have any ideas of style I could try with this yeast, or interesting recipes. Not really into a BMC, but I'm open to anything esle. What have you done with this yeast?? I'm kinda stumped on this one.....

5% carafa II
