3787 ipa?

Does anyone have experience with using 3787 in a Belgian IPA? I'm going to buy the 3787 regardless for a Belgian stout and BDSA, but thought I might use it in an IPA as well. But, if I should get something else, I will likely go that route. Suggestions? Also, if the version of BIPA matters, I'm leaning toward a tripel base W/ American hops, as opposed to an American IPA w/ just the Belgian yeast. I haven't really made up my mind on that one though. So, comments on that are appreciated as well!
