3 week old yeast starter
I made a starter about 3 weeks ago and something came up that I wasn't able to brew when I had planned. I am planning on brewing this week end will my starter still be good? Should I add another liter of wort to get things going or can I just pitch like it is?.
The yeast I used is wlp002
It'll be fine assuming it doesn't smell or look off. If you wanted to ensure active metabolism, you could decant and make another starter.
