is 19 days too short on primary only?
I have an nb caribou slobber that has been in primary for 19 days tomorrow. I was going to keg tomorrow to open up the fermenter for an ipa that will be dry hopped. I have a carboy that I could use for primary on the ipa, but I want to use it when I dry hop.

One other thing, I was gonna keg 4 gallons and bottle 1 gallon. I plan on set and forget with the keg. Should I leave it at room temp for a couple weeks and then set and forget or will that not help?

It is fine to keg after 19 days in the primary.

It will not matter if you put it in the fridge or leave it at room temp, however carbonating at higher temperature requires different pressure. Do a search for it

It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly helpful and quick to respond people are on here. Big thanks!! I will go ahead and chill before I carb in that case.
