This kit converts a keg or kettle in about 5 minutes.
All you need is a 7/8" holesaw, step drill, or conduit punch and a set of channel-locks.
The valve is full port 1/2" with teflon seats.
Thread on the inside is 1/2" FPT.
The gasket is Silicone and is rated for 450F
Everything is stainless except the brass locknut, which won't touch the wort anyway.

Comments: This kit was exactly what I needed to get a spigot on my brew kettle. Just drill a hole and screw this bad boy in and you're good to go.

Comments: The product is as advertised. You dont have to weld anything, just drill a hole and insert. The only issue is that a step drill is needed for drilling a kettle or keggle, which can create issues. Works great no complaints

Comments: I have this on my Sabco Keggle. Its a absolute must. Mine came w/ the SS Ball Valve. They are easy to install too.

Yes you can, but I dont have time, or patience or walkin' laigs for Lowes OR Home Despot.
Weld-b-gone has done all the shoppin' and schleppin', and the BRAIN-work, and I have several of their products in service
