Go to Craigslist there is a guy that sells them in Olympia for $40. But that is only $5 cheaper than my LHBS.

Could have sworn he was selling for $30 - did he up his prices?

He did up his prices. The supply of ball locks is rapidly being depleted, and even he is running low on them. I bought 4 from him a little over a year ago for $90. But at $40 a pop, it's a whole new ball game.
He does have pin locks going for $30 each, and I'm sure you could bundle four for a $100 still. Good luck in your search!
