they're usually like $200 each on ebay shipped.
But I'd rather help an HBT member first before I buy some off there

Hey,
I have a bunch of these SS 55 gallon drums. We would be willing to sell up to seven of them. They are all used, but in good condition. For it to be viable for us, we would have to get $180 plus shipping for them. I'm not sure how much shipping would be (or even how to do it), but I'm sure we could work something out. In case you are local, they are in Greensboro, NC.

Really what kind of Stainless steel? 304? What was is in it before? Is it a closed head or open?

They are open head (thicker gauge steel than closed head), they previously had silicone in them (not toxic, but you want to get it all out). As far as the type of SS, I'm not sure. They have some markings on them, I will have to see if I can decipher the meaning from them.

But are they used for grain storage, mash tuns, boil pot, fermenters or what?
