Wondering if this would be an ideal solution to lagering a 10-gallon batch. Any ideas about long-term storage in these things?

Hello to all Rochester folks. Do micro/larger breweries use these things?

You in for one or a few? I have one of the guys from work committed for pickup.

Olaf - Rochester is looking for 2-5 of the stainless and 2+ plastic firkins and accessories if available.

I'm in Boston. Can we meet up? I'm interested in one of the 5 gallon ones.

Very tempting but I looked in my wallet and there's already 2 "I owe mes" in there
