Here is the HLT. There is a fitting at towards the top you can see in the last photo. I used to use it to recirculate water through the coil when I initially heated the strike water. I no longer use it, but it shouldn't be a reason to ever fill it that high.

Not sure where you are in IN, but I'm interested. Could we meet halfway in OH somewhere, say Columbus? I've been lusting after a 1bbl system, but this would be a good transitional piece.
