I'm about 45 minutes away, but I only brew 5 and 10 gallon batches, so I have no use for these.

What does one do with a 300Liter vessel?
How do you heat it?

You heat it with the fires of hell itself. Although brewing a 75 gallon batch could be fun.

If it were anywhere near me, I'd be tempted to use it for wine.

I caved and bought them... I'll probably end up daydreaming about building a 2bbl system for a bit and then resell them lol.
