Default All Grain Setup (not mine)

Looks like a pretty decent deal. Four burner/kettle set up and 17 pin lock kegs.

I don't get the four 5 gallon pots and burner. Why not just have a 20 gallon pot and burner? Or do people make 4 types of different beer at once?

Most likely HLT, Mash, Lauter, boil - smaller batch all grain rig that allows back-to-back batches or double boils.
