Default For Sale - 60 Gallon Brewhouse (Albany, NY) Not my ad

Wow!

http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/for/3468013375.html

Not my ad, but I know there's lots of people on here who'd probably jump all over this. They are advertising as far as Boston.

Jeez. That's more appropriate for a small brewpub than a homebrew setup. Who the hell can use that much beer at home?

Well, it's clearly a nanobrewery, not a homebrew setup. I'm sure Cape'll have a similar Craigslist posting in eighteen months or so...

How hard is it to make steam? I don't see any fermenters, that would be sweet if it had a fermenter included.

These kettles look like they are the same ones I use in my commerical kitchen. They operate like an espresso machine, a small boiler that has a large heating element in it that makes steam very quickly and efficiently.

They have it posted on probrewer as well. If I had a 3 car garage I know what I'd want to park in the third slot!
