The Hop Stopper is a unique and effective screen that is installed into the brew kettle to filter hop trub and other debris from your wort. In addition to filtering, it has a built in dip tube that goes right to the bottom of your kettle to extract nearly every drop of wort.

Pros: Excellent quality, excellent customer service, performs flawlessly when used in the recommended fashion!
Cons: A bit pricey for some people, but when you consider the time and effort spent constructing these by hand, the satisfaction guarantee and the willingness of the owner to help make this custom-fit for your application, I can't think of anything negative about it.

Comments: I bought one of these about 4 months ago. Dennis is clearly interested in this product being a success for each user and takes the time to assist each customer so that the product will work as intended.

Dennis also offered (at no additional charge) to help me with the installation to insure everything was perfect. Where do you find that nowadays?

As for the product itself...it does exactly what it's advertised to do. I've never had a problem with clogging (although I haven't put it close to the test that Dennis has in his press release!). Cleaning is easy, assembly/disassembly is a snap and I don't have any issues with getting hops in my fermenter like I did previously.

Worth the money and the guarantee, I wouldn't brew without using one of these!

Comments: Freaking fantastic product. Does everything it claims online. I know others have had issues with the DIY home-made copies, but the original exceeds my expectations!
