Excellent Kit for those just starting out; Two Better Bottles make it easy to have 2-3 brews going at once. Comes with Instructional Home brewing Video or DVD, 71 page instructional book, (which I felt there were too many contradictions to common sense) Two 5 Gallon Better Bottles, 6.5 Gallon Plastic Fermenter, 6.5 Gallon Bottling Bucket with Spigot, 8 Oz. of Easy Clean No-Rinse Cleanser, two #10 Rubber Stoppers, 2 Airlocks (one S-Type one 3-piece Type), 8 Inch Funnel w/strainer, Hydrometer, Bottle Brush, Twin Lever Red Baron Bottle Capper, Bottle Caps, 2 Liquid Crystal Thermometers, Bottle Filler, Fermtech Auto Siphon, Siphon Tubing, and shutoff clamp.

I wish that the kit came with two siphon hoses; it took forever to get the hose of my auto siphon so I could bottle. Other than that I love this kit and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get started. This kit does come with the option of glass carboys instead of Better Bottles but I just don't feel safe using glass as a secondary.

Comments: The Midwest Supplies Brewing Intermediate Kit is a great deal really for just one reason. That is that it includes two glass carboys along with a lot of other necessary supplies for a starting home brewer.

Included:
Instructional Homebrewing DVD
• 2-5 Gallon Glass Carboys
• 6.5 Gallon Plastic Fermenter
• 6.5 Gallon Bottling Bucket with Spigot
• 4 Oz. of Easy Clean No-Rinse Cleanser
• 2 Universal Carboy Bungs
• 2 Airlocks (Keeps air out of the fermenter)
• 8 Inch Funnel
• Hydrometer (Determines alcohol content)
• Bottle Brush
• Carboy Brush
• Black Beauty Bottle Capper
• Bottle Caps
• 2 Liquid Crystal Thermometers
• Bottle Filler
• Fermtech AutoSiphon
• Siphon Tubing
• Shutoff clamp

It does not come with a strainer or kettle thermometer. It also lacks a kettle. Shipping for this was $50 from Midwest to New Hampshire with a strainer and kettle.

Ordering two glass carboys alone with shipping would cost over $100 so I find this to be a pretty good deal.
