Why One Step?

Oxygen: High oxygen level provided through a dry form of hydrogen peroxide minimizes contact time necessary for One Step to cleanse.

No Rinsing: Minimizes the risk of recontamination by maintaining contact with the clean surface.

Aeration: Since there is no rinsing, the supplied oxygen gives the yeast an initial boost.

Non-Staining: Unlike other no-rinse cleansers, One Step won't stain skin, clothing or surfaces.

Cleansing: Provides good detergency for light duty cleaning.

Non-Toxic: Not harmful to the user in any way.

Environmentally Sound: Contains no ecologically harmful substances and quickly biodegrades into naturally occuring substances.

Usage Requirements: One Tablespoon per gallon of warm water and soak or rinse equipment with solution.

CONTAINING NO HARMFUL INGREDIENTS, ONE STEP IS THE IDEAL CHOICE FOR A NO-RINSE CLEANSER.

Price: $5.00
Pros: Easy
Cons: Slimy
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This makes sanitizing almost too easy. It doesn't taste very good though -- don't drink it. Just need to find someone that sells the bulk tubs.

Logic, Inc. One Step
Pros: Quick and easy
Cons: May leave a film on glass if not rinsed, santizied items are slippery
Recommended? Yes

Comments: One Step came with my equipment starter kit that I bought over two years ago, and I've been using it ever since. I've had no reason to switch to something else... One Step is easy and it does the job.

The only things I have noticed about it is that it can leave a white film on glass bottles if you don't rinse them. It's not a big deal, just an aesthetic thing.

Also, like Schlenkerla said, the sanitized items become kind of slippery... take extra care when sanitizing glass because of this.

Comments: I use this especially for bottling. This product is awesome on PET. You can see the sheeting action inside the bottles. Works good on fertmenters too.

I have used it for a year. 20+ batches

Logic, Inc. One Step
Pros: Non-toxic, no rince required
Cons: Can't store solution for a long time
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I've been using One Step for almost a year now and happy with it's performance. Very easy to measure and make required amount. Really nice it does not have any color or smell. No need to rince your stuff after sanitizing. Also easy to store it as a powder. Overall I recomend using this product.
