This is a ehavy duty 32 Qt./8 gallon modified kettle from morebeer.com.

Made for brewing, our MoreBeer! Modified Brewing Kettles are constructed from our super heavy duty kettles. We then weld in two 1/2" threaded couplers. The bottom outlet is very unique with male threads on the outside (for connecting a ball-valve) and female threads on the inside for connecting whatever you wish. Check out these features!

They Will Last a Lifetime!
Constructed from durable, long-lasting stainless steel, these kettles are virtually dent proof. Over the years, we have heard countless stories from brewers who have ruined their thin-walled kettles by dropping and denting them. This is no longer an issue with these beefy, super-thick kettles. Check out all the features!

One Of A Kind Outlet Fitting!
This unique outlet fitting welded directly into the brewing kettle features 1/2" Male Pipe Thread on the outside of kettle and 1/2" Female Pipe Thread on inside. The 1/2" MPT on the outside allows for the easy addition of a stainless ball-valve. The 1/2" internal threads allow you to thread in various options on the inside, including screens, down tubes, or whatever you want! The top 1/2" coupler is welded into place for the optional addition of a thermometer. A 1/2" plug is included, and threaded into place, allowing you to use the kettle without a thermometer.

Tri-Clad Bottom
Our kettles are built with a tri-clad bottom featuring an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. Aluminum allows for even heat distribution while the food-grade stainless steel is the only metal in contact with your wort. Even heat distribution eliminates hot spots, which prevents scorching of your malt and makes cleanup a breeze!

Seamless - Made from a single piece of metal
Our kettles are drawn, meaning the kettle is made from one piece of stainless steel. No welded seams.

Heavy Duty Handles!
The handles on these kettles are just as heavy duty as the rest of the kettle. This is because they are made from rolled stainless steel, which is strong and easy on your hands.

* Brewing Kettle Specifications 10 Year Warranty from MoreBeer!
* Food Grade Stainless Steel with brushed finish will stay good looking for years
* 1.2 mm thick sidewall and a 5mm thick bottom

Price: $125.00
Pros: -Lightweight -Easy to clean -Adaptable
Cons: -Doesn't quite allow for full volume boils in the range I'm looking for
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Not quite big enough it turns out, but still works quite well at achieving near-full volume boils on most of my brews. Lightweight and easy to clean, it's made brewday a little simpler.

Price: $108.95
Pros: Good quality. Heavy bottom.
Cons: Get this one pre-fit with either the welded or weldless valves. Trying a DIY on drilling will cost more time and money than having the pros do it. Not to mention if you screw up the size.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Price before DIY valve installation: $108.95
Price after DIY valve installation: A fortune

Price: $160.00
Pros: heavy dudy versitile
Cons: too small
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have done about 7 all grain brews with this kettle, and it is very well made. Just like they say, its very durable and I like the strong feel of the handles. This kettle performs perfectly for me (the guys at more beer even cut a notch in the lid for a wort chiller which I couldn't live without). The only thing I dont like about this kettle is that its kinda small. I do 5.5 gal batches, and when I have 6.5 gal. in the kettle its pretty close to the top. I just think that it would be way easyer to use if it was around 9 or 10 gal. Thats my thoughts, if your thinking about getting it, do it, it is a very nice piece of stainless steel.

Comments: I like so far. Seems to be made with heavy duty steel. The lid fits on VERY tight and has a notch for a wort cooler...NICE! The spout is awesome too.
