Pros: Great boil kettle, thermometer is spot on!!
Cons: measurements on sight glass may be slightly off.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I bought this product together with the blichmann burner and leg extension. What an upgrade!! I did test the measurements on the sight glass and they may be slightly off but I added my own lines. Having the ball valve and thermometer make brew day so much easier.

Pros: Construction, temp gague
Cons: Hop screen (separate accessory)
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Overall, this is a solid product. I have been using it for mashing as well as boiling. While this does work fine, I plan on building a more insulated mash tun to better regulate heat as on cold Northwest days, it's difficult to maintain my target temp in this stainless kettle. But again, you can use this for an all-in-one solution as well. I purchased the optional false bottom as well and it works very well.

For a boil kettle, this product is perfect! Great construction, accurate temperature gague. Don't waste your money on the optional hop screen though. The thing is useless.
