Perlick Forward Seal Faucet. The Perlick Forward Seal Faucet also represents a huge design improvement over the old-fashioned traditional chrome beer faucet. The shut-off seal has been moved from the rear of the faucet to the front. This prevents the familiar 'sticky faucet' syndrome, as the lever mechanism is never allowed to dry out. Fantastic, smooth action from first pint to last!

Comments: Very well built. i purchased this faucet vs the generic beacuse of the seal and the fact you can rebuild them. they are only 15 more than a generic so do yoursellf a favor and get the good one

Comments: Simply Amazing! No wasted product. I recently upgraded from the brass standard type faucets. Not only did they stick, but they had a habit of harboring bacteria unless I used StarSan.

Comments: I LOVE my Perlicks. I can go weeks at a time without pouring a pint, and the first one I pour is always perfect. Never sticks, always slides open and shut like a dream. Feels like the finest machinery, almost like operating a Mercedes or BMW.
I'm a very happy Perlick man, and am glad I never sank my cash into standard faucets.

Comments: My faucet on my kegerator was always sticking if I did not pull a pint every day and when I traveled, it made it worse. I pity the poor guys who have a kegerator in the garage with the cheap faucets.
The Forward Seal design lets the faucet drain and you never get a sticky faucet again.
It's well worth the money spent on it. Take your old faucets and put them on Craigslist or keep them for picnics.
