Default Your Favorite Belgian?

What is your favorite commercial Belgian and what was your best home brewed Belgian?

One brew at a time...

Tie between Rochefort 6 and Orval.

Oh, and the best home brewed Belgian I guess would be the AHS Orval clone I have aging right now. I'm guessing it's going to be my best at any rate.

Easiest drinking, delicious witbier, nothing fancy, just a brew:

6.6 lbs briess belgian lme
1oz tettnanger @ 60
1oz hallertauer @ 10 or 5 (your choice)

SA-05 yeast

Ferment to completion, bottle condition with 1c sugar/5 gal. Drink.

Freaking Delicious, ready from brew-day to glass in a month.

Sometimes you just want something to drink without the hassle...

Your homebrew sounds disturbingly tasty.
