Sucking on the hop sack after the boil or draining it into a pitcher of lemonade or iced tea to drink after your 6 hour brewday.

Mead: Blueberry-lemon, Raspberry-Lime, Habenero, POM, Traditional.
Cellar: Maple Whiskey Barrel Stout, ST Pumking Clone

Done that before. Mostly just to get an idea of the flavor a hop will contribute, but I tend to leave it in a little too long.

When you have at least 5 lbs of hops in your fridge/ freezer at any given time (closer to 10lbs for me at present)
