That's gonna happen to me. She loves the smell of hops.

you start sneaking bottle into work so they can carb in your filling cabinet (house is too drafty and heat is kept low during the day and at night, so carb'ing takes forever this time of year... if the office is going to stay nice and toasty at 72* on a 24/7 basis, why not take advantage of it?!?).

What hops should I grow? Hop grower's comparison table. Looking for cheap honey?

Drinking: a hop-bursted IPA w/ Conan, a farmhouse with ECY08 & brett blend
Fermenting: sour cherry mead
Aging: a bunch of belgian and soured stuff, and acerglyn.
Up next: either an imperial stout or something to use up my homegrown hops... TBD.

When you use brown lunch bags to disguise the beer you share with your coworkers. And, you park somewhere that you can hand off empty bottles and brewing equipment to fellow brewing coworkers where the surveillance cameras won't see you.

U have no problem marinading a turkey with settled out dregs of your perfectly timed transfer. Oh yes it is happening, right now, apfelwine dregs (bigger than normal per the occasion) crash cool settled, screened and sifted. To later be boiled down into a monster spritzer for the spitfire grill.

Happy Thanksgiving!

When you look into the fridge and see 10 different beers and none of the bottles have labels!

I've thought about heating oats and barley to the 150s and letting it rest for the sugars, for breakfast

When you see this post and immediately wonder if the OP has a recipe.

Bartender Ill have what the gentleman on the floor is drinking.

I have spent more $ on brewing equipment than my truck cost!

Green beer sucks, let it age/condition/finish and become great before drinking it. WileECoyote

Good/Great beer takes time! if you want a quick beer go to the store or bar!

Things come and go. Good beer will live on for ever ! WileECoyote
