Default Yeast "Equivelents"

I'm new enough to not know yeasts inside and out. So, does anybody know of a resource that shows what yeasts can be substituted for another yeast, particularly a different company.

Ex. Wyeast 1028 can be subbed for what type of WLP yeast?

I know there are obviously differences, but I know if I asked on here a "what can I substitute for ---yeast" question, there are lots of knowledgeable brewers who could tell me the best alternative.

I thought if there was a basic substitution chart (like you can find for hops), it would make life easier, and I wouldn't need to ask somebody every time I didn't have the exact recommended yeast.

Thanks in advance!

I believe this is the resource you are looking for.

I will also add that WLP001/Wyeast 1056 can also be substituted with the dry yeast Safale US-05 from Fermentis. I am not sure what the equivalents are for the other dry strains, like Nottingham, but I know the information is floating around here somewhere.
