Default WOOT: Founds 8 oz of simcoe in freezer....what to brew?
Was going through the freezer and found 8 oz of simcoe from last year. any suggestions on a good brew.

I'm about to crack a bottle of homebrewed simcoe ipa that I used 8 oz in.

10 lbs MO
2 lbs buscuit
1/2 oz at 60
1/2 oz at 30
1 oz at 5
2 oz at flameout
4 oz dry hop one week.

Its awesome.
