I was out doing the shopping today and was paying for the groceries which came to €80 The lady at the till swiped my loyalty tag and told me that if I had spent €90 today I would get €13 (15%) off, I told her to hang on that I forgot to get SWHMBO a bottle of wine, I shot down to the drink isle picked up a bottle of wine AND a selection of beers
A Fullers London Pride red ale
O'Hara's red & pale ales and a stout
A Hobgoblin
And a strawberry & lime cider
Got to the till and the whole lot cost me €91. For the price of a bottle of wine I scored a six pack of craft beers for €1 and the wife think I'm great for buying her favourite wine. Now that's a win win
