Which would you sub for Hallertau? If you had to, I know neither is a great match. I'm just looking for opinions. The recipe I'll be using is 1 oz. 4.5AA for 60min and 1 oz for flavor/aroma. My Willamette is 4.8% and my Cluster is 5%. Thanks
If you have no other choice I would use Willamette over the Cluster.
The Willamette will be more mild than the Cluster, and can have some floral/flowery notes like Hallertau, that is MHO.
