Default Wild turkey american honey ale??

Has anyone ever made a beer with wild turkey American honey in it? I'm thinking about using it in a bourbon ale recipe but substituting it instead of straight bourbon. Thoughts?

I haven't tried it, but that sounds pretty good. That stuff is really sweet though, so I would wonder about there being any residual fermentable sugars in it.
