Wtf is a dampfbier?
Hopefully brewing a pumpkin ale and a Triple C Stout (coffee, chocolate, cinnamon) later tonight/perhaps tomorrow if I get home too late. One will age for my fall beer, the other for my beginning of winter beer.
It's a German version of a steam beer. 70/30 pils/Munich and ferment with a wheat yeast. Then lager for a month. Never had one before but it should be tasty!🍺
