When's it ready?
I made a hoppy dunkelweisse on 11/21/12
1 lb Munich
1 lb white wheat
1 oz Carafa II
5 grams Pacific Gem at 20 min
Mashed at 158
Will be bottling on 12/7/12.
Do you think this beer will be "better" on 12/19/12 or 1/13/13? These are the two dates I can have it judged by my HBC.
1/13/13 for sure.....
12 days (i.e. 12/19/12) is not even long enough to carbonate properly
I was thinking it should card in a week, but I'm sure you're right.
1/13/13 it is.
