Moving from a Technical Support "Engineer" at company A to a Production Engineer on Monday at Company B A huge Career jump and massive responsibility increase, but I'm sure the 30+% pay increase will help ease my pain

I started out in the USAF as a Communication Navigational Mission Systems Specialist on MC-130H Combat Tallon II's, then went to AC-130U Spooky Gunship aircraft, then to MC-130W (now re-designated as AC-130W Stinger II). I am currently a Quality Assurance Inspector for AFSOC fixed wing aircraft.
