I'd like to put together a couple seasonal beers to keep on keg which reflect the season. I already have an Octoberfest working which I know I can keep around from Oct to Nov obviously brewed in March (well this year it was May).
Ed Wort's Robust Porter will work for winter warmer fine. I'm not sure what'll be suitable for spring or even summer. I can't do much in the way of lagering for summer since the Octoberfest will be busy taking up that spot. Just curious what you guys drink to reflect the season.
And of course my old stand by APA will cover me while setting & forgetting take place.
I always brew a wheat beer for 4th of July holiday. And this March I brewed my first Marzen for October fest. I also brewed a Maibock to drink in May, but I haven't gotten around to kegging it yet so I'll be drinking it at the "wrong" time I suppose. Brewed a chocolate Stout for Christmas, and I still have most of it left - this Christmas it will be three years old.
