Default What you Homebrewing? 3/2-3/4

I am finally getting to the AHB Fat-Tire Clone Mini-mash kit I got in a couple of weeks ago.

Going to brew tonight 3/2 and have a few during the process I will be having Full Sail IPA (I am still waiting for my ESB to bottle condition, that's why I am going commercial).

What is everybody else brewing/bottling/drinking?

I think I'm going to visit a newer HBS not far from me and I'm going to attempt my 1st all grain either this weekend or next. I'll probably go with a simple brown ale - like the one Palmer suggests in his book

I'll be brewing up an IPA (similar to Walker's IPA w/ N.B. and Cascades) using the Flying Dog Wyeast VSS Yeast...

At least that's the plan...

Hopefully I'll brew my Midlife Crisis Pils this weekend. I might even go for broke and do another batch too if my Chaos Love Magnet is ready to rack.

Tonight I'm brewing my second test batch of fruited Saison. I may brew a full batch of something on Sunday, but I haven't anything planned for sure.
