Just cracked a Rossi of the OG date wine from last years harvest. The residual sugar left a slightly carbonated semi-dry beauty. Can't wait for the chicken and squash we cooked it in!

Just poured a Hopslam bottled less than three weeks ago... Eagerly anticipating the most recent IPA to carb up.

I could drink DFH Indian Brown Ale every day year round. In fact after running the DFH 10k when everyone else was drinking punkin or 60 I was more than happy to pound a few of these after the race at 10 AM.

Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye. I've been on a rye beer exploratory jag lately and I think this is my favorite commercial rye so far. Founders comes second I forget what it was called then Widemer O'ryelly.

An American ale that appears infected in the bottles, but at only 12 days in the bottle, tastes great. I guess I will be drinking this batch fast.
