Backlight won't do much here
Try a light from below or several low intensity lights from the front.
The pick of you kiwi red is awesome though. Made better by the incredible clarity in that beer!
*edit again* either the iPad is getting even worse with auto-corrector I'm getting pretty smurfin' drunk. Probably the latter
