Hopslam < Ruthless.Not the same level type of beer but im a sucker for a good rye ipa more than about any double ipa.Rye seems to turn an ipa into a extra-ipa.Holy-damn the aroma hella sweet bajesus. Two months in and holding on strong.

Irish Amber from the complete homebrew beer book. AG and used wlp005 harvested yeast.kent goldings.Turned out better than expected.Maybe its the new spring water i used but it is really good.Definatly will be a winner to give out.I may have found my ideal beer water though from now on.
