10 gallons of a Simcoe/amirillo APA.

A guy traded me his ice cream chest freezer for 5 gallons of that liquid gold

I must brew so i can pay the piper.

If i am really motivated i will also do 5 gallons of oatmeal stout.

Going with a Milk Stout. My LHBS just starting carrying pale chocolate and brown malt again, plus I'm going to try some coffee malt they just got in.

I've got a bag of that coffee malt sitting in my freezer; that's real nice stuff, I haven't decided what to use it in, though. Kinda like burnt toast crust, but not too harsh or assertive. I'm thinking it might make a good, kinda roasty complement to an ESB or something like that, add another element to it.

Nuthin. Wifey won't let me . I've got enough beer to last me through armageddon right now, and I've gotta drink thru some of it first. I've got quite a bottle collection, and I'm just about out of empties. Think about that. I think I have about 25 cases in my basement right now. I want to brew so badly, just to scratch that itch...but alas...

When I drink through some of this, I'm brewing the Tripel Twins. It's gonna be a showdown.

But I might bottle my Cappuccino Stout this weekend. Yay!

word. I need her to keep me in check or else I'd brew beer faster than I could drink it before it expired.

SNPA Clone tonight and possibly DFH 60 min. clone on Sunday. All my primaries are empty and it is driving me nuts. Plus I have 5 empty kegs. Gotta get them suckers filled.
