Default What would graff without the cider taste like?

So far I have never brewed beer but have done my fair share of cider and wine. I recently brewed graff and admit, it was kinda fun. I am curious though about what would the grain part taste like if it was brewed as a beer?

well, if you replaced the juice fermentables with DME, you'd have a pretty typical pale ale base. you'd want to up the hops a bit.
