Default what went wrong? -strangest beer tastes??
iv just discovered a bottle of ale i did a while back an decided to try it

but for some reason it tastes like a cross between port, lemonade and marmite/bovril!

what the hell happened?



anyone else made extremly wired tasting brews?

Port - too hot
Marmite - autolysis
Lemonade - life gives you lemons.

Beer doesn't age well, unless it is a high ABV malty barleywine.
