For contest entry an apricot wheat which is fermented with neutral American yeast the type would be fruit beer. What is the correct sub-type? About the only one that matches would be German Weizen, but with neutral yeast none of the clove/banana flavors will be present. Go with that and add a note on the yeast to the judges?
