Default what does IBU "in the brewhouse" mean?

What does it mean that DFH's Hellhound hits 100 IBU "in the brewhouse", but then they list 58 IBU as the final IBU?

But isn't your post boil IBU usually your final IBU?

Maybe they blend it with something I guess.
