So I decided at the last minute I was going to squeeze a brew day in today. I weighed and milled the grains for a wheat beer with some orange zest and proceeded to mash in. The recipe was suposed to be 4# 2-row, 4# wheat malt, 1/2# munich, and 1/2# flaked wheat. When I went to valouf i noticed it was pretty dark and think i may have put 1/2# of special b instead of the munich. I am still sparging and thinking of upping the hops a little bit. I was planning on using 1 oz. willimate for 60 minutes and 1 oz. of cascade at 20 minutes. Anybody have and suggestions for this now experimental beer?
